YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. 

 

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us by email within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

Please note that, for hygiene and safety reasons, this right does not apply to products that have been opened or used after delivery, unless the product is faulty.

 

RETURNS

Once your cancellation or return request has been approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions. 

 

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging. 

 

Products must be returned within 14 days of your return being approved. 

 

Pretty Pink Dolls reserves the right to refuse a refund if returned products do not meet these conditions.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. 

 

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as Pretty Pink Dolls cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

 

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days. 

 

Where applicable, refunds will include the cost of standard delivery in line with UK consumer law.

 

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges.

 

If you would like a different product, scent, shade, or variation, please place a new order and return the original unopened product in accordance with this policy. 

 

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

In the unlikely event your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

 

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will offer a refund or a replacement.
