UK DELIVERY

Standard Delivery - £3 or FREE on orders over £50 (3-5 working days)

Next Day Delivery - £5 (Order by 1pm, Monday - Friday)

 

Delivery times are estimated and may vary during busy periods or courier delays.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We currently only offer delivery within the UK. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed Monday - Saturday (excluding bank holidays).

 

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

 

If you’re not in when delivery is attempted, the courier may, at their discretion, leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour. Once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier in accordance with their tracking records, responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer.

 

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.

 

LOST PARCELS

In the unlikely event your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the courier and resolve the issue promptly. Please allow up to 30 days for courier investigation to be completed.
